MOST POPULAR
SOURCE + UK CUSTOMS

FOB · Everything in Source plus UK customs entry, clearance, duty and VAT handling. You just arrange to collect or we can have it dropped off to your door.
UK REGISTERED
£1,250 - £1500
CIF · Managed shipping, UK clearance, MOT or IVA*, DVLA registration and full documentary coverage.
*IVA management is £1500
WHAT OUR FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE. Third-party costs are passed through at cost with receipts: purchase price, inspection fee, auction fees, Japanese transport, export, freight, insurance, port handling, duty, VAT, MOT or IVA, modifications, DVLA first registration and vehicle tax.

Consultation
We start with gathering the information you've provided, car, budget and service required
Once we have the detailed locked in, we can provide a more concise cost figure, which grades you want, whether you need IVA, are exempt from some duty, etc.
Sourcing
We look through private and classified ads in Japan alongside the current and future auction listings. Suggesting cars and deals for you to consider.
Deal Assessment
Every candidate gets its auction sheet or listing translated in full, with the inspector's map of dents, scratches and repairs explained in plain English. (where available)
Bid Authorisation
You set your maximum. Nothing is bid without your written authorisation, and we never bid above the figure you've agreed. Your deposit is due here.
Purchase & Export
We do the deal - whether auction house or private, arrange domestic transport to port, and handle deregistration and export documentation.
Shipping
Your car sails by RoRo from a Japanese port to the UK, fully insured, with a sailing schedule shared the day it's confirmed.
UK Arrival & Clearance
On arrival we handle customs clearance, calculate and settle duty and VAT, and clear the vehicle for release.
Compliance & Registration
NOVA notification, IVA or MOT as required, then DVLA registration and UK plates fitted.
Handover
Your car is delivered road-legal and ready to drive, along with the full documented story of its journey.
